Important Reminders for a Successful School Term
📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS/GUARDIANS
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we welcome our pupils and students back to school, we sincerely appreciate your continued support and cooperation in ensuring that our children have a successful and productive term.
We kindly remind all parents and guardians to pay attention to the following:
1. Timely Arrival at School
Please ensure that your child arrives at school early and on time every school day. Early arrival helps students settle down properly, prepare for lessons, and begin the school day with the right attitude.
2. Proper School Uniform and Personal Hygiene
Parents are encouraged to ensure that their children's uniforms are clean, properly washed, neat, and well-ironed. Students should also maintain good personal hygiene, including clean hair, trimmed nails, clean shoes, and a generally neat appearance.
3. Completion of Assignments
Please encourage your children to complete all homework, classwork, assignments, and other academic tasks given by their teachers. Parents are encouraged to check their children's books regularly and provide the necessary support at home.
4. Compliance with School Rules and Regulations
Students are expected to obey the school's rules and regulations, respect their teachers and fellow students, and conduct themselves appropriately both within and outside the school premises.
5. Necessary School Materials
Please ensure that your child comes to school with the necessary books, writing materials, textbooks, school bag, and other required learning materials.
6. Regular Attendance
Regular attendance is essential for academic progress. Parents should avoid unnecessary absence and inform the school appropriately whenever a child cannot attend school for a valid reason.
7. Parents' Cooperation and Monitoring
We kindly ask parents to take an active role in monitoring their children's academic progress, behaviour, assignments, attendance, and general wellbeing. Your involvement at home greatly supports the work being done by our teachers in school.
